{"id":230,"date":"2018-09-19T08:57:17","date_gmt":"2018-09-19T08:57:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/chezsteph.eu\/?p=230"},"modified":"2022-03-06T12:31:26","modified_gmt":"2022-03-06T12:31:26","slug":"mile-builder-part-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chezsteph.eu\/index.php\/2018\/09\/19\/mile-builder-part-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Mile builder (Part 1)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>After my Competent Crew in June, I decided to get some sailing experience as a crew on a 2002 Jeanneau Sunfast 37 (&#8216;Desert Star&#8217;) by going on a 375-mile trip in the Irish Sea with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irishoffshoresailing.com\">Irish Offshore Sailing<\/a>, a school based in Dun Laoghaire that I know very well. This trip lasted 7 days and I could visit small harbours in Scotland, Isle of Man, Wales and Ireland. The weather was good, there was no rain and some good wind (up to 20 knots). An invaluable experience that I won&#8217;t forget !
